The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were difficult guests arriving with bicycles and luggage that needed storing while we were away on a bike trip but this was no problem for the hotel - they just said yes to everything and were utterly charming. The breakfast deserves special praise! How many hotels these days use genuine eggs rather than powdered? Well, they were real ones here, fresh and scrambled to perfection each morning. Well done Tom Kyle team!

The location is very central, close to the old town and the Vorstadt and also to the Kiellinie, for a relaxing walk along the fjord. The room very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Super recommended, we will definitely stay there again!
