Friendly reception staff who spoke very good english and offered ideas of what to see and do in the area, lovely buffet breakfast with good variety and gluten free and dairy free options on request Possibility to have eggs cooked. Clean good sized modern bathroom with great shower pressure. Small fridge and kettle. Quiet, clean room

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were difficult guests arriving with bicycles and luggage that needed storing while we were away on a bike trip but this was no problem for the hotel - they just said yes to everything and were utterly charming. The breakfast deserves special praise! How many hotels these days use genuine eggs rather than powdered? Well, they were real ones here, fresh and scrambled to perfection each morning. Well done Tom Kyle team!

Pleasant staff who provided good service, the reception lady was patient and also helped us find the cheapest way to get to an attraction. Nice and clean rooms. The breakfast was good with a good selection.

I did not expect much looking at the hotel from outside, but our family suite was spacious with two separate bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The room was really nice with complimentary. I also have to mention the location, location, location. Spot on! Everything in close proximity! Perfect Will defently come back again.

Breakfast was excellent and very plentiful. The staff, especially the ladies at breakfast, were always super nice. The location is very central, close to the old town and the Vorstadt and also to the Kiellinie, for a relaxing walk along the fjord. The room very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Super recommended, we will definitely stay there again!
